This may have been asked before, but I have not been able to find it in a search. If a case has been transferred like ours from California to Nebraska, which processing time do you follow?It was said that transferring the case would not delay the case, but it says the Nebraska service center is at November of 2017 and California is October 18, 2018 and our priority date is October 22, 2018. This would leave me to believe that it could delay the process, but I see a lot of cases after being transferred have been approved about 2 months later. If it is not evident, I am a little confused so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
