  1. My wife is Canadian, I am a US citizen and we have been living in the US since 2022. She has a bank account in Canada that earned a little under 1k in interest last year. I am going to file an Fbar for her but I was wondering if I need to report the interest from her bank account in Canada on our taxes and if so where? it's confusing because I know as a green card holder (even though she is not a citizen), worldwide income is subject to tax. But I don't know where to report a small amount of foreign earned interest when we don't live abroad and I (the US citizen) don't have my name on the account but we are filing jointly. The interest income form is only for US based banks. Is there a threshold for reporting? Any help with what form I should be looking for of is filing an Fbar will be enough. Thanks in advance!
