Hello my wife is a US citizen and she sponsored my ir1 visa and we also have a joint sponsor , our process is completed , I am already in the US and I have my green card , my wife is currently pregnant and she applied for wic , and wic agent recommended her to apply for snap , can she apply without any problem for us and the joint sponsor? Thank you 

you did not get arrested and didnt have a record , you were warned orally , so i think no need to mention it 

Thanks so it took 13 days for them to say they recieved your RFE I sent mine on 4 November and today is 22 and still no update to say they recieved it .. 

Hello may i know please when did you mail the RFE exactly and when did you get the update on your case that they got it ?

I mailed my RFE to potomac on 4 November , mail tracking say it got delivered on 6 November and till now no updates
