I am the husband haha..
we have a joint account but only i use it.. she has another one..
Im gonna try to get in and get a copy of our vehicle registration.. Ill throw some bills together, only problem is we jsut moved and most of it isnt switched over.. I guess either way if they want more they will send an RFE..
also I thought we filed jointly last year but when I went to do my taxes this year it said married filing separately..

the question just seems worded like its asking after you entered the US.. in my opinion.. but yes its from canada. I have copies of all my court papers to send already... again.
-
I know when I did mine I had the certified court papers and i had photo copies of my fingerprint check that was well passed a year old..
they never said anything at my k-1 interview.
-
still no sign of the lease..
all I can find is the check list they give you when you move in.. it has the realtor name, our address and names on it..
-
I dont know anyone who has utility bills in more than one name..
-
well I'm about to file later this month and I really don't have much to send them..
Im currently working out of state so I don't have much time to get it together..
I know I should've started on this a long time ago but ..
so here is what I have..
our sons birth certificate
car purchase
bill from North Texas tollway
copy of my insurance card with all of us on it.
pictures.
trying to find our house lease but its not looking good on that..

Have you ever been arrested, detained, charged, indicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordianance (excluding traffic regulations), or committed any crime which you were not arrested in the United States or abroad?
technically the answer is no, but I do have a record from Canada which I submitted already in the K-1 and PR applications..
I find this question confusing..
anyone know the actual answer as to what the really mean?

Ive never even thought of doing this for my son.. We dont ever plan on living in Canada and if he wants to when he moves out he can pay that $75 haha..

passport is prolly not gonna be found... Called the border and they said drivers license and GC.. its a tiny crossing Im sure the guy will be working when I cross haha..
-
Ive had my GC for a while now.. What do I do with the I-94 I got when I activated my K-1?
I called the border I'm gonna be crossing and they had no clue as to what I was talking about.
-
I have never used it other than getting my k1..
it still has my I-94 in it.. I'm gonna check my wife's car, that's the only place I can think of..

Ok as i prepare to head back to Canada for the first time Thursday, I CANNOT find my passport... I have looked everywhere in my house. It may have been left behind at our old place, I dont know.. I cant remember the last time I used. I've found everyone but mine..
Are they still letting people crossing by land with out passports?.. I have my GC and Texas Drivers license...
-

never drank coffee..

hmmmm 2 weeks I think for me..
I was worrying the entire 2 weeks that the house would burn down and my passport with it
haha.. My cat knocked a glass of water on mine while I was out of town for work.. Only kinda messed up the inside cover..
I had planned on moving in about 6 weeks, but I only made it 3 weeks..
