Yes, i filled an I-730 petition and my family are here with me. They have been living here for 13 months. But I am not sure what to put on those two fields(Part 2, fields 8-9)

I was granted asylum and have recently got a green card. Now my wife and child (they have been living here for a over a year now) are applying for AOS. I have decided to fill out the form by myself. I have two fields where i don't know what to put
