  1. How do I know if I am required to attach an I-94 Form of my Arrival/Departures history?

I was in the US for 2 years working as an Au Pair and got DS-2019 forms. I left 3 years ago and I haven't entered the country ever since then.

I already got a new passport since the other one expired.

I went on the CBP Website and it did show "most recent I-94 form"

What happens I attach it? do I have to attach any more documents if I do?

I read this on the I-129 F instructions:

    > If your beneficiary was admitted to the United States by CBP at an airport or seaport after April 30, 2013, he or she may have been issued an electronic Form I-94 by CBP, instead of a paper Form I-94. You may visit the CBP website>> I don't really understand this.

or maybe it's not necessary because I haven't been in the US for the last 3 years?

  2. My fiancé and I have been talking for two years. Therefore we have an incredible amount of conversation and history. Between WhatsApp, Skype and Facebook, there is too much information. Does anyone know a good way to organize the information or exactly what the USCIS is looking for? Thank you in advance! Do we need screenshots from every day, every month, special ones?

  3. Hello everyone,

My question is, can my fiancé who is in Mexico, print the Intent to marry, sign it , scan it so I can print it and mail everything to the USCIS?

Has anyone had any problems submitting scanned signed documents? should I have her mail me the documents with a wet signature instead?

Does she also have to sign the How We Met letter?

And another question, her last name as an accent in a letter, is it important to add it in every document?
