 I need your advice

 My  Egyptian father case in the national Visa Center . they accepted all the documents and applications except for his birth certificate ,  marriage certificate. they send me a message saying that I have to replace this documents with an acceptable documents from the correct issuing authority. 

 I submitted  all those documents from the correct issuing authority plus the translation from local translator in  Egypt  for each document . what the NVC means by I have to get the documents from the correct  issuing  authority, again this is the correct documents from the correct  issuing  Authority, what should I do ? Anyone has an experience to tell me what to do ?? Im so desperate 

Can someone help me what to do . I got papers from the right authority and it still rejected. Please help im desperate
