Good Day, My Fiancee Was interviewed 2/27/20, But He was under 221g, the Embassy requested a NBI Written explanation and they will be the one requesting it to the NBI, how long does the process takes? The consul returned his passport also. And in the ceac status it is “AP”, his NBI is clear and it says no criminal records, he had a case open back in 2014, but it was closed and no more pending case in 2018. Should we worry for something? Please advise Thank you
