Can my sister apply for a visa for him and his family after she gets her green card or does she have to wait until she gets her citizenship??

Hi! So I today I received an I-797 notice that my Siblings visa for my sister was approved.
Received date 04/16/12
Priority date : Same
My question is this : when i applied I enlisted her family in the application as well. Both of the kids were under the age of 21 and not marri d , but one of them has passed away and the other one is already married with kids. Is the married child still eligible for the visa or no ???

What about the affidavit of support? I don't make alot since I mostly live in Ukraine ( I'm studying theology here). Can my brother or any family member be a sponsor?

What is the process for filing a cr-1 visa ? Can you do it yourself or should you get a lawyer/professional?

Which visa is the fastest way of getting your loved one over to the US ? The spousal or fiance ?

And there won't be any problems down the line ?.... I just heard from a lawyer that said that you have to reside at least 90 days in the US which made no sense to me!

I am planning on filing a K1 visa for my fiance, however I don't know if I can apply for it from Ukraine ( my current residence).I am a US citizen.

No I was not aware of that, I didn't understand how the priority date and how it works. It said that within 45 days I would recieve something in the mail from NVC . So basically what your saying is that it's still along way to go until everything gets processed?
