So you are saying receiving unemployment won't affect our foreign fiances visa coming over here? 

Well corona closed down my job. Im worried if I apply for any government assistance, that it will affect our k1 application (waiting for medical and interview to finish). I've never had assistance before but it might get down to the point that I might need too. Do you think they will be strict about this even though it is a world wide pandemic? 

In 2019 of August, my employer retired so I decided to spend 3 months with my fiance in his country. When I came back to the US, I moved to a different town and started a waitressing job that I starting working 3 months ago. I live alone and so far on average I make about $14 an hour so I am predicting 30,000 for the end of 2020... 2019 my total income was around 28,000 since I took off 3 months of income. 2017 was  46,000. I am afraid they will deny us if I do not have a co signer but I have no one to co sign with us. Do you think my current income now will be enough for my fiance and I to get approved? Any advice will be greatly appreciated since I started a new job recently. 

I am filling out the affidavit of support form today. It is asking about value of my personal property? What all do you include for this? Also, I just started a new job 2 months ago as a waitress and I have so many questions..... I wish I had someone who is very knowledgeable to message for all these questions. :(

If your ESTA expires during the K1 process, can you renew it while waiting for the case number? 

We received our approval and NOA2. I am waiting for the case number now. I am the petitioner and wanting to get documents together to send to my fiance. The problem is that I had a virus on the computer I had the i-129f form on and lost the original copy and documents from the first step. I am concerned this will cause issues if they need a copy. Also, I am confused what types of forms I need to send my foreigner fiance like the Affidavit of Support?? What proof do I send? Will I receive any instructions on which new documents they need? Thanks!

We just got approved for the k1 petition and waiting on our NOA2 to arrive in the mail. My fiance and I want to plan a honeymoon in August out of USA after marriage but I am seeing that we may not be able to leave. How would we be able to leave the country for vacations after we marry?  Is it after he gets a green card?
