After my own translated English document, I added language like this with my signature:

 

CERTIFICATE OF TRANSLATION

 

I, ______(name)_____, am competent to translate from _(Traditional Chinese)_ into English, and certify that the translation of __(document title)__ is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my abilities

 

_____________________________ Signature of Translator

______________________________ Name of Translator

____________________________ Address of Translator

____________________________Telephone Number of Translator

And there weren’t any issues right? 

Can I translate Taiwan Household Registration myself? Or how can I get it translated if I MUST have a certified translator?

Besides marriage certificate & household registration, we also included health insurance, photos to prove our relationship and with each other's family, flight tickets confirmation (we are in long distance), and letter from his parents & friend of knowing and support our marriage too. Did you guys apply yourself or had help from a lawyer/immigration agency? I’m struggling as to weather I should fill the forms myself or pay for a lawyer.
