My son he get he's interview September 09,2019. After that he is in administrative process because we need submitted he's birtcertificate, Octoberober 3 we submit and October 9 ,he's status updated, October 22,2019, he's status updated by ISSUED, after a week October 29 ,he's status update again by READY. What is mean that status?
