Yes , all foreign passport now need visa to enter Indonesia. you can ask your wife to google what docs needed. It's a special visa issued for marriage couple only to reunite.
Hi , Nope USem Jakarta still closed due to Public Health issues. Only Emergency and Expedite case that have interview for now. My NOA2 back on March 2020 , I will have my interview on November 5th expedite under Militray Order - Deployment.
If you don't have a strong reason to expedite then u just need to wait , we don't know how long but some travel agent already open slots for tourist visa interview start March 2021 so i guess maybe they will open next year.
