I751 We currently have Washington state ID card and drivers license we moved to California this year will it matter if we continue to hold the Washington state ID and drivers license.

there are 3 options.
- filed married, filed jointly
- filed married, filing separately.
- filed single.
If your husband filed single, it is incorrect.

If you both filed single while being married, you need to get that figured out with the IRS. If you filed "married filing individual" your good with the IRS but the interviewer may ask why.
im unemployed and we don’t have any idea that we need to file jointly because the accountant told us that since im not working i don’t need to file my tax return so my husband filed single in his 2017 tax return 😭

hello everyone need help, were filing jointly with my husband in ROC but out problem is we dont any joint bank account since we’ve been married and his filing single in his tax return in 2017 and filing jointly married in 2018 , i really need advice everyone what to do 😌and we cannot open bank account jointly because my husband dealing with the IRS right now
