Doing a quick search on VJ usually gives good answers on what number to use, what to say, etc!

He applied on March 2020 for n400 atlanta but still no biometrics?

If all fails, he can get his senator or congress rep involved to see about biometric appointment. 1 year for no biometric appointment is a little bit strange.

I have a friend hes curious about his case its pass 1 year period time and he doesn't get the biometric appointment yet what he should do? Thanks and please if theres any reliable  phone number can guys provid me with or any way to reache them  because i keep calling them with num end 83 but no chance. Thanks,.

Time between interview and oath is usually 3-4 weeks. It's longer in the case of @-Shana- because of the name change.

Hey i had my interview on 03/11 and they schedule my oath on April 23 and i didn't change my name i think its normal

No idea on what the official answer is, but I'm guessing if your interview is within the 2 weeks when you returned from abroad they'll reschedule you. If you have a choice, I'd recommend not traveling because it might delay your interview by several months.
