I understand. But he was already born when my filing came through and I brought along with me my other two sons. His father is okay with visiting me. I strongly believe that he should get a visiting visa since I live in the US and his father don’t want him to as he is his only child. So visiting me and his sibling shouldn’t be a problem.

I am a permanent resident I have a 4 year old in Jamaica his father didn’t want him to migrate so am trying to get a visiting visa so he can Travel go you think tht he will be granted since tht his father don’t want him to live here
