Hi 

what are the options for children who have aged out 

US citizen has i130 for her brother and family with kids in 2007 when kids where 15, 

fast forward to 2019 their embassy letter came.

now some of the kids are like 28 or 29 

what are the options for them 

will the embassy give any chance for them

What is the exact priority date? Bangladesh will fall under “all....”. The priority date that will be current in November is 1 Jan 2007, so March 2007 is not current yet and you will have to watch the next few bulletins to see when it comes up, but presumably sometime in the next few months. On my calculations you should be fine on CSPA for a good while yet, you don’t give exact dates but you should be ok for your priority date becoming current right through to around Feb 2021.

It’s f4 from Bangladesh 

ive found the bulletin page but don’t understand how to calculate and which month to open

Hi all newbie here

i'm querying for a family friend i130 petition for brother / sister and their family

they have received email from NVC to start process of fees and documents.

now the problem is when they log into CEAC the child name has a spelling mistake as well as FNU written and

another family member has year of birth mistake. 

can i have some advice here as to

1- the year of birth difference? the document the sent with initial application has the real DOB

all documents have real DOB.is this a problem? should they contact to change now or just go when the interview to the US embassy and explain there.

2. same again for name, shall the contact to change now or just go when the interview to the US embassy and explain there?

or stick with the name on CEAC even though its different to birth certificate.

will appreciate your responses.
