Hello everyone, I wanted to know if the fee waiver also apply to k1 visas, I came here on k1 visa and have gotten married. But due to the covid19 situation we are finding it hard to do my adjustment of status my wife can't earn money any more. She's a teacher. Thanks for your input

Good day everyone, pls I need your help. I arrived to the us on a k1 visa we have gotten married.so why question is can I apply for the employment authorization card so I can work before adjusting my status the fee for the status of status is a little challenging for us now . I will appreciate any subjections thank you .

Same thing happened on my interview last year August. It took them four months to get back to me. I was finally approved when I submitted the police report. I'm already in the states.i hope this help.

Hello all, I have a question!
Can a retiree that's receiving pension and own a house be a co sponsor for adjustment of status? I got an RFE last week and my mother inlaw is willing to be a co sponsor but I don't know if she's qualify. And also she doesn't have anyone else that she's supporting she lives alone. Pls guys help me out thank you !!
