    Tess,

Thanks! Anyway, just go to the USCIS web site (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/registercustomer.jsp) and register to open an account that will enable you to track your case status. Then, add your receipt numbers to the portfolio. After doing so you will be able to receive email updates on your cases. That's how easy it is! Good luck girl!

  5. First of all, congratulations on your graduation and marriage.

Regarding your question, that is a toughie. I think you are F-1 out of status but not sure, once again.

Your I-20 doesn't stand any longer if your Internation Student Office reported you out of status.

I would put F-1 out of status but an immigration lawyer will have a better answer.

Can you just pay for an initial consultation and just ask the question?

You will be out of couple of hundreds dollars but will have a sure answer. That is what i did.

Did an initial consult and filed all the paperwork by myself with hubby.

    Good luck.

    thank you lili <3

Asking Uscis questions about your concern is no fee at all.

Better to do all things in your own...

my husband whenever he has question he will just call the uscis ....

    thanks,

Since your married thats great...you can file AOS...

  6. Hello,

I'm submitting the form I - 131 for Advance Parole Document. I am wondering since I came on a K1 Finace Visa is that the correct what I need for this form?

Also, what else do I exactly need to send along with this form?

Then on page 8 of this form it says; "What If You Claim Nonresident Alien Status on Your Federal Income Tax Return?"

I am wondering if my husband will file his 2007 taxes next month after we file if this part affects me since he wil file his taxes as a married?

    Thanks

  7. Hello,

I am finishing up the AOS papers to file this week. I am wondering if my U.S. Spouse needs to submit 2x2 Passport Pics along with the AOS I- 485 form and the other forms being sent with it?

Also, do I need to sumit the I-693 Medical Exam form if I had the medical exam done before I came to the U.S. for the I-129F Fiance Visa? I already have the I-693 Vaccination Supplement form completed by an INS Doctor in the U.S..

    Thank you,

    Tess
