Wow, Wow, Wow........ This is so ridiculous. I really can't believe how this forum has turned out. Yes Idocare has a right to post, respond, or whatever else she wants to do on this forum; i really don't think that is what people are disputing. I think they are saying the manner in which she is doing it is not cordial. I had a run in with her before and no it was not nice, but she had some valid points. If she want to be helpful, then she is allowed to tell her story, but when she starts generalizing people feel attacked. I think her story will speak for itself. If she is honest and tell people what happened and the mistakes she made then people will be more aware and try to avoid those mistakes at all cost. Idocare if you want to post your story, by all means go on honey. I think it will cut down on all the tension if you leave out all the other stuff that seems to attack, but of coarse its your choice. I'm not asking or demanding that you do anything other than what you deem is necessary. We should all be sticking together, but this is crazy. I shouldn't be surprised these things are happening in these last and evil days. I am going to keep this entire forum before the Lord in prayer in hopes that this will not happen again. Come on now we are better than this. The best thing for the people who can not agree to disagree is to not respond. i tried not to but this really tugged at my heart. Please be encouraged everybody and pray about everything worry about nothing. I have learned a lesson about responding to nonsense it just fuels the fire.

Please for God sakes stop worrying, Everything is going to be fine. Trust God and stand on faith that the AP is over and done with. I can imagine that you are worried, but please speak life over you case and know who is in control. God can and he will work it out. Stand on the word on God that he will give you the desires of your heart. He may not come when you call him, but he will be there right on time...why? because he's an on-time God. He's not a right now God, he said he is an ON-TIME GOD. We are praying for nothing but the best.

I am so happy hearing the security check is completed, thats a blessing from God. I just want to encourage you to speak life over situations that arise in your life. Instead of saying what if this or will they come up with that, continue to Thank God for what you want. Dont even let those things come out of your mouth. The only thing that you should be saying is Thank You Jesus for my case being completed and on the way to Lagos. Always be positive and keep the faith. The bible says we can call those things that are not as though they were. Even though the case has not made it to Lagos yet, we can stand on faith and speak that thing into existence. Yes you are exactly right!!!! As long as he has not sent anything he need to return to ATTN CMR and checklist responses return to DR

They usually dont send envelope for DR, they did not send me one either. So this means that you have already sent everything they requested like passprt, marriage cert, AOS, etc. If you already sent all that withthe exception of the DS-230 you need to return that to ATTN DR so they can review the missing info and therefore complete your case. If you have not sent any of the requested info then you send the DS_230 to ATTN CMR

If this is your first time sending anything to the NVC you should send it to CMR, now if you were responding to the checklist letter you would send it to DR. Hope this helps

Yes you can use Child Support as long as you provide the Court Order. I used Child Support on the I-864 and if you read the instructions for that form you will see all the other types of income that they accept. Court Ordered Child Support is one of them. Good Luck and God Bless

I'm persuaded to trust God, some say I'm crazy to believe it won't take 6-8 months for an interview but if God can turn water into wine, drive out demons, heal infirmities, surely HE can grant me favor with a early interview. IF GOD OPENS A DOOR FOR YOU CAN'T NO DEVIL IN HELL CAN CLOSE IT!!!!!!!!!

My life took a downward spiral once we learned we had to obtain a Police Report from China. After several failed attempts trying everything from emails to the consulate, embassy, phone calls, faxes you name it we done it. So now I'm getting frustrated :angry: , it has been way to long not to get the police report. Shortly after that I wrote a letter to the NVC stating the effort and difficulty in obtaining a Chinese Police Report. I had my husband write a letter saying he committed no crimes in China, we sent the emails over a months times showing that we have made an effort to get it but we can not. I sent the documents back to the NVC on November 30 with a prayer and belief that the Police Report from China will be waived.I sent it overnight delivery and guess what the mail was misrouted so it did not get to the NVC until Monday December 3. After nearly 2 months of getting no where my husband finally found someone that said they could help. We were so overjoyed and excited that we would get the Police report and be able to send the information back to the NVC in a few days once the Police report arrived to me from China.Just in case they still requested it i wanted to have something tangible to give them. A few days later the guy that "said " he wanted to help now says he want $350.00 for his labor plus the cost of the report. $350 is a lot of money for a report and labor. Naturally I prayed about it and the lord said I will be all you need and my word shall not come back void. I told my husband that we will not be using the so called friend in China to get the Police report. He was convinced that the guy was trying to help us. After I told Joshua someone that wants to help would not charge you $350 and I must obey God, after all God spoke that word to me. So we did not bother the guy in China no more. Yesterday someone from the Nigerian Embassy called me and told me that the request was finally being processed but I should give it a few months and be patient. She was very nice and told me to call her from time to time to check the progress. I was happy with that because after 2 months at least she did find the time to call and talk with me. I went to bed last night and prayed a Jabez prayer asking God to Bless me indeed. This morning I awoke with a prayer on my tongue and a real strong urge to call the NVC automated system to see what it will say. To my surprise it said YOUR CASE WAS COMPLETED ON DECEMBER 13, 2007 AND TO ALLOW 6-8 FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS........I just hung the phone up because I was in shock. Immediately i went into screaming and praising the name of the Lord. I danced a while in my house all by my self :dance: :dance: . God Is Good and his mercy endureth forever.

I want to know what Do we do now do we wait for someone to tell us when to go for the medical or do we make our own appointment?

How long does the medical results last?

Is there anymore paperwork involved and how should we prepare for the interview.

I just want to be prepared since we waited so long for this trial to be over and I certainly Thank God that he gave us the strength to Endure this test. I know how you feel, my anniversary is December 29th. The only thing that I am led to tell you is to not give up AND DON'T LOSE FOCUS ON GOD, GOD IS A WAY MAKER. THE TIME MAY SEEM LONG TO US BUT TO GOD IT IS A LIGHT AFFLICTION. IN THE PERFECT TIME ALL THAT YOU HAVE PRAYED FOR , ALL THAT YOU HAVE FASTED FOR, ALL THAT YOU HAVE CRIED FOR WILL ALL BE A DISTANT MEMORY. DON'T LET THE DEVIL KNOW HE GOT BACKED IN A CORNER. WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WANNA CRY, CRY BUT CRY OUT TO GOD AND BEGIN TO PRAISE AND MAGNIFY HIS NAME AND WATCH HOW QUICK YOUR SITUATION CHANGES. SO MANY TIMES I WANT TO CRY BUT I START GIVING GOD THE PRAISE AND SOMETHING STIRS UP IN THE INSIDE AND ALL I CAN DO IS SHOUT AND DANCE BECAUSE I KNOW I HAVE THE VICTORY. WHEN YOU ARE TEAMED UP WITH GOD FIGHTING AGAINST THE DEVIL, IT'S REALLY A FIXED FIGHT. YOU ALREADY KNOW WHO IS GOING TO WIN, "GOD". SO BE ENCOURAGED AND KNOW WHO YOU ARE TEAMED UP WITH. THE PRINCE OF PEACE, THE LILLY IN THE VALLEY, THE STRONG TOWER, OUR REDEEMER. HE HAS NEVER LOST A BATTLE. GOD CAN AND WILL GIVE YOU THE PEACE THAT SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING.WE WILL KEEP UP UPLIFTED IN PRAYER AND THATS A PROMISE
