So we are definitely getting divorced. She will be serving me the papers immediately. I believe that takes three months. I can no longer stay in our home but don’t have a huge support network here so my only smart option is to head back up to Canada for the short term. How would that effect my ability to remove my conditions on the basis of divorce if I’m not in the country? 

I came into the country on via the K1 process. I have since got my

conditional 2 year greencard. Unfortunately since my

wife and I got married we have been having troubles and I am unsure that the relationship will last. What are my options as I still

have conditions on greencard. If we separate am I still able to have residency in the USA or do I have to leave once my 2 year greencard runs out. Thank you for any help.
