Anyone updates with your F2A case?

Priority Date: July 13, 2018

Documentarily Qualified: February 11, 2021

Still waiting for an interview date..

Contacted US Embassy Manila and told them that my DS-260  will expire on April 30, 2022. I am afraid that this time will come  and still be no interview date and will make things complicated as it already has due this pandemic.

Hi Elle! My daughter's in Philippines right now. And she's 19years old. And i'll take about 2-3 years before your daughter gets here in US.  
 

In your case it looks like your daughter will be over 21 before she gets here! And I heard when they become over 21, it will be hard for u to bring here in US. 

My case was different! When I filed my daughter's F-130, i sent them everything that needed, pictures, and documents to support the petition. They sent me a RFE because of my daughter's late/delayed registration of birth. So the USCIS asked us to voluntarily do a DNA test! and they were asking for more evidence..

I've read all the instruction on how to file a petition. We just didn't expect that will make a big deal out of the late registration of birth.

Hi guys! I've received a RFE (request for evidence)to prove my relationship to my daughter.  DNA sample were collected and just waiting for 2-3 weeks for the results. Should I wait for the DNA result to come out before I send all the other evidences such as birth certificate, photos etc.. to USCIS? Thank you!

Thank you for answering my question ALEFUL. I am a Lawful permanent resident and petition my under 21 child. And that's what I thought. So lets say when the baby is born. Do I write a letter to them or called them?

When I filed her petition she was not pregnant yet. But now she is 20 weeks pregnant and expected to give birth next year. I'm just curious if I should inform the USCIS about her pregnancy.
