can anyone knows after receiving the  Welcome Letter Received from NVC how much time take for further process for immigration from paksitan

Hi,

I am from Pakistan and my sister applied for F4 Visa Category (Brother/Sister) in June 2007, Now its almost 12 years but we still not received any letter from Islamabad embassy Pakistan, can you please let me know how much more time will required to received letter from embassy and once its comes how much more time will required to complete the process.

I am also confused June 2007 is application date and June 2009 is my priority date so  from which year they consider the application processing  ,either 2007 or 2009

NVC rep mentioned that they had some issues with their system as they are going through some system upgrade. That could be the cause of this delay.
