Hello, I am applying for CR1 Visa but I already live in the USA with DACA. I came to the United States at the age of 9 years old. Do i still need to submit a police certificate along with my DS 260 application?

My DACA is expiring on June 2020, I have submitted my paperwork for I-130 this week Oct 15. Should i apply for DACA renewal next year while I-130 is still in process to get green card?

Hello, 

I am just starting my I130 application due to being married to a US citizen but came here at the age of 9 years old EWI. My understanding is, I apply for I130 then get approved, then apply for I601A Waiver, then I will wait for my interview Appointment which will be in El Salvador, once i am in El Salvador, I will go get my Medical exam done over and go to the interview there and come back to the USA. Can someone elaborate on my understanding more? Anything that I missed? I’m sure its not as simple as i have put it.
