I’ll recommend calling the embassy 1-829-956-5144 or 1-703-988-3410 USA. They will answer your questions. Call between 9am-4pm. 
I had a similar situation and since I didn’t complete the DS-160 for her K2 on time. It was too late. I even contacted a lawyer and I had to complete i-130 for her. 

Provide enough evidence of your marriage. Bank statements, phone bill photos etc.  No interviewed needed 🙏🏻We were approved.

You should call. I thought you had to schedule your interview online.
