Hi folks, I have a question what is that mean? “ my removal proceeding was admin closed , now it shows pending. I did motion 2 months ago to re calendar. ( for termination ) . Thank you for all comments)

I changed my email password everything and I don’t have any social media still a lot of doubts how she found them even was threatening them they didn’t give any info. Thinking thinking. Problem I didn’t divorce yet I got approved and waiting termination now thinking why I didn’t divorce just don’t want her to see me because before she attempted to scary with her gun now it will be real if she found .:( I am scary because we don’t know who is behind us .:(

Today my attorney called me and tells me that my ex called them and ask about my information and wants to divorce etc complain about me . They didn’t give any info but it’s so strange how she found them it has been 7 years. I got approved vawa and waiting termination is she acting can effect me? Do I need to go again to police station?

Hi guys, Quick story: I submitted 2019 Vawa and got approved for 2022, then I submitted I-485 to USCIS, and it is still pending. I was in the removal proceeding, and it was admin-closed. We have now submitted a motion re calander, and it was received by the court on December 1, 2023. My attorney submitted a motion and a letter (which looks like a representation letter). I just don't understand why she didn't send an approval notice. They told me, "We are just waiting for the court to schedule the final hearing or terminate it. If the court sets up a final hearing, the judge will process your application and do the "interview" in court. If the court terminates it, then USCIS will take the case back and setup an "interview" or process it without one and approve it. For now, we just wait for the court to do one of the two things. How long do I need to wait for it? I left a voice message for the judge to her clerk, but they didn’t respond at all. ( court in Philadelphia). I’m just really stressing out and nothing changing sometimes thinking my attorney did again something wrong because they already did 4 times wrong things pls give me some idea .. thank you all .

My removal comes from my marriage’s era I didn’t attend my interview and I wanted apply Vawa and then 2 th court hearing judge admin closed and told me no need to come to court just focus your pending case which is already approved a year ago but my attorney also submitted I-485 to uscis 10 Months ago which is still pending in field office ( info came from congress) then I heard that they did mistake and they need to terminate first then go with uscis . Now they just sent motion to re calendar also they sent me copy of this letter . Nothing else now waiting hearing date and make this case again active on docket then ask termination

Thank you balo I did mistake I called clerk and left voice message for clerk and approximately 40 minutes later my attorney called me which I did not expect I figured out that clerk was asking alien number and phone number but I gave allien number not phone number and clerk called my attorney because her number was on my case ..:) my attorney asked me you have some question for your case and that she can respond me and she told me we did everything correct and now we are waiting hearing date and once judge wil give us that date and we will present your reliefs and then ask to judge termination and then we can ask judge also adjustment or just terminate . I didn’t understand why we need to ask the judge adjustment if I already submitted and paid fee for I485 with uscis. Also attorney said what you mentioned above usually takes 1 month but depends how judge is busy . once I got hearing date it will individual hearing right? And what we will do that hearing ? Do I need attend? Can judge terminated without giving hearing?

Hi guys , anyone has any ideas when immigration judge will re schedule my removal proceeding ? They received my motion 26 days ago . We got receive letter from court . Anyone same situation can give me some ideas I am so nerves waiting and checking auto immigration case lookup online and it always same no new hearing and case administratively closed . I got Vawa approved I just need to terminate my removal and I can go with uscis my I-485 case also pending with uscis thank you . Can I call judge Clark and ask about date ? Are they good for this kind of question?

My case actually administratively closed once I got approved then I should re calendar instead of reopen it and then it will go to court docket . Then I can ask the judge termination because I have a relief path. I checked here and online it should be that way but of course might be different . Judge receive my motion to re schedule and they sent me a letter which is no date just TBD I don’t know how long it will take to give me date . I also got email from Congress person my case 485 at local field office under review.

So you are waiting approval for vawa right? If I’m gonna terminated do i need to send any letter to uscis ? Or they can see automatically and work on it again? How does it go? So judge terminated your removal and didn’t give any hearing date right? If they will give me hearing date so I have to provide my approval there? I just don’t understand what my attorney sent them how is it work idk really? Can you tell how process goes ?

Definitely I did for Vawa that and I got approved cuz so many missing documents . I just emailed them and asked what documents they sent because they just sending me a motion letter .. even when i am checking online there is saying you can add additional documents and statement of reason you wanna re calander but this motion no reason simple motion letter they sent me . If they only sent it .my court is administratively closed by judge. Idk really because senator sent me letter it says my pending 485 in field office they not gonna make any action till it’s done I need to finish up …stupid submitted my i485 without termination if I didn’t post here I would not have any action as well.:( cuz I didn’t know… I was thinking attorneys know everything

Say thanks your attorney from me because I have bad attorney unfortunately…. Idk why they just sent me motion letter . I wanna see all document what they sent . But it’s ridiculous really.

Hi folks, I submitted a motion to reschedule my removal proceeding. Motion received on November 15 I called them, and I got confirmation from the clerk. Today I got an email from the attorney's office. There is an email showing court received on December 1. I don't know why, but my questions are: first, when I got an email from the attorney, there was just a motion letter and no approval notice for the judge. because I hear that you still submitted additional information, like an approval notice or pending notice, that might be judged terminated without a hearing date. Is it true? Second question: how long does it take? Someone from a different state terminates their removal in a month, some of them in a long period.

Unfortunately, when I hang up , I was thinking that why I didn’t ask ; as I said before , I didn’t even know I had that opportunity to ask . Thank you letting me know , later if long time no voice from them then I’ll contact them again for sure 🙏 do you know any idea about processing time? But actually my attorney was telling me 2 months ago she has two clients hearing on January and she wants me put in this month hearing with these clients but I don’t know how judge will decide. Think about it when I contacted them I said that please send my motion , it was 2 months ago they just sent it a week ago why because I was always emailing them to do it . They called me 2 months ago about their mistake and they didn’t make any action even they admitted .

It was really weirdo , they got 1200$ for RFE , extra 1500$ for I-485 now 10$ for mail fee :))) 7210$… plus 2 friend of mine signed with them . Now i am thinking what the hell i suggested…

Hi Folks, I have an administratively closed order from the judge. My I-485 is pending. My attorney submitted my I-485 without termination. Then, approximately 7-8 months later, I learned from here that they made a mistake. I contacted them about their mistake, and finally they admitted it. They made a phone call with me. and they said that they were going to submit a motion to court and make your case active again, but almost 45 days ago. Lately, I got a phone call for my work permit, which has been approved for 5 years, and this time I asked them about motion, and they said they submitted it without giving me a piece of paper for it. How can I find it? An immigration court case lookup on Google just shows administratively closed; that’s all; no appeal; no date. This is just a notice for you guys to make sure your agreement with the attorney is valid. I reached an agreement with my first attorney, I-485, I-360, and I-765, and the removal proceeding totaled 4,5K. I paid $2,000, then my attorney moved to another state, as he told me. He forwarded my case to his friend, who is now my current attorney. This attorney also made a client agreement with me. I signed, but there was no mention of I-485, and after a while, I checked and found I recently paid $1500 for I-485. My first attorney also joined this law firm and handled my case. Lately, they asked for a shipping fee for a work permit. The first time they asked me, I just wanted to stick these agreements on their faces, but I’m scared of it. Just be careful please I was so rush don’t be rush . I got approved without their help because I also submitted my Vawa again because I checked they didn’t submitted all my documents so please make sure for everything ask all prof which lately I am asking
