Green Card Lottery then TN1 Visa (Conflict for dual intent?) in Work Visas Posted October 8, 2019 My wife is able to apply for the green card lottery as she is from one of the countries on that list. However, I am potentially going to be receiving an offer to work in the US on a TN1 visa. Is there a conflict of interest here that will screw me for the TN1 visa approval seeing as how it's not dual intent? She is able to apply for the lottery now, and my possible TN1 Visa is a couple months down the road.
