In capital federal I was able to get a birth certificate in 2 days ,paying express on the internet ,are you sure you can’t do it in Santa Fe?

Hi,I saw in a post about this and I’ll need it for my son when he arrives also,

i think it said you have to send originals ! Birth certificate

,Marriage  certificate of the parents and his origanal passport with I 55  and the usc passport also ,if i find the original post I’ll repost .

I hope you can fix it soon,do you send it by mail or online the papers that are missing?

Hi ,I can’t give then direct citizenship don’t have 2 years after 14, I guess that my sons i130  time might be a bit more? 14 to 16 month?

BUT if I include my wife now will it make it even slower or there’s no difference .

Hi ,I’m a USC starting the i130 for my son but need to be in USA in around 13 month  so he can start school ,if I included  my wife ir1 ,will that make the waiting time longer? She can wait if that means my son can begin school on time .

i know it depends a lot on where my i130 goes but not sure if I also add my wife know since I will have to and more paper work.

 Hi,im a usc   sending i130a for my wife ,they ask for proof that I’m a citizen ,I only have my current passport and all the old ones also ,Is that good  r do I have a chance they will ask for the birth certificate ,anyone have a problem with this?
