  1. Hello,

I just want to share with you mi experience, I did my medical exam on November 19th in Servicios Medicos de la Frontera in Ciudad Juarez and I had a really good experience all personnel very attentive and very organized, they have free transportation from your hotel / airport to the clinic for free. My appointment was originally scheduled at 10:30 am and I had more time than expected so I showed up at the clinic around 9:00 am and they had no problem to start my process. first they took my documents and took a picture to create my profile int heir system, the documents they ask for are:   interview appointment letter, unexpired valid passport and vaccination records (if you don't have any don't worry they will apply the missing shots but it is going to be more expensive), US Address where you are going to live with your USC spouse, I strongly recommend that if you have tattoos you should be prepared to answer additional questions and explain the meaning of each of them and bring with you your criminal records. The whole process took around 3:00 hrs because it is a very detailed process, they start doing X-Rays for the chest, Blood Test, Urine Test, Sight Test, Weight, Kids Demographics , Physical Exploration and Interview with the doctor, then you might need to go with the psychiatrist if not you will have to go to the vaccination area and you will be done. At the end you only have to pay, my total was 440.00 dollars because they had to apply me 4 shots, they accept dollars, pesos, credit cards, cash.

I had to come back for the results the same day in the afternoon, 3:30 pm. If you have issues of any kind in your results they will hold your packet until the next day.

Hope you find this little guide helpful and if you have any questions I will try to help you as much as my  experience scope can.

  2. We filed our I-130 petition back in August 6th through DCF in Mexico City, we got an approval e-mail and letter in August 21st but since then we haven't gotten any letter from Juarez and I am wondering how long does it take them to mail your case number , also we are living in a complex where the mail doesn't get directly to our doorstep because everything is controlled by the HOA and they don't want to be responsible of this letter stating that the address on our lease and bills won't work since the complex has a different mailing address that doesn't come in our lease contract. I am investigating ways to modify the mailing address(does this change have to be notified to USCIS or the Department of State)  but it asks for the case number and I don't know what to do.
