Hello everyone, please help me out, got a RFE 2 months ago saying I need a joint sponsor, because I did not meet poverty guidelines, in my tax return I made 43k last
year which was 2018 and I worked only 8 months, because I changed a job, but year before I made 65k(my fault I didn’t figure out that I did not meet requirements) and I sent it, when I get my RFE I browse around and find out that if you have money in a bank you can add them, so this time I added my money which is about 25k I have and I attached bank statement as well, so now I’m getting RFE again, did not see a letter, got a message on my phone so far, letter is coming..., I’m afraid what they want now.... so according to theirs website and what I have read , I made 43,264 last year so 47,558.25 ( poverty guidelines )- 43,264 = 4,294.25 and 4,294.25 x 3 = 12,882.75 that is what I need to have in assets to show them ? Is it right? Because I don’t really have a joint sponsor to put on.
No joint sponsor help needed RFE (split)
in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas
