Hello there. There are not the best at keeping people updated. 

We recieved our Noa2 over a month ago  and heard nothing,  so I sent The NVC and email 15 days ago and called the number a few hundred times. 

But today I recieved and email from NVC saying " NVC will now forward the petition 
to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate ".

And on USCIS it says nothing about our case being sent to the NVC.

Best bet is to send and Email to NVC with your uscis number,  both your name's and DOB's.

This is more of an announcement, over the past week the NVC is not answering any phone calls. When you called you will hear a list of websites to visit then disconnected.
