If I select that option and enter information, then click next, it then tells me this case is not ready to schedule an appointment. I only want to pay the application fee. I thought we had to pay the application fee before scheduling an interview?

I have received a Consular interview appointment date from the National Visa Center (NVC), Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), or the Consular Section and I have been instructed to register my appointment on this site.

I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to register or schedule a K (Fiancé(e)/Spouse/Child) visa appointment.

I have received a letter/email from the consular section with instructions to schedule an immigrant visa appointment.

I am a returning U.S. Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) and require re-entry authorization to the United States.

I've completed the DS-160 and need to pay the application fee. 

After clicking on the link  https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ should I click on Nonimmigrant visa or Immigrant visa?

If I fill out the Nonimmigrant visa, it also asked for visa class and I noticed "K-1" is not an option. 

I'm so confused 

Received Case number yesterday. Date assigned 10/16. Do you guys know when is the next ship date?

Hello Guys! I'm new here. Please help us. We are waiting on our case# and preparing our documents in the meantime. My fiance is currently divorced and have a copy of his divorce decree. Will he still need the Certificate of No impediment for his K-1 visa interview? He went to the Jamaica RGD and they told him the certificate will say marriage is found. Should the Certificate say divorced? Please help 

Thanks Meloe. It’s so confusing. I know the certificate of impediment is required per the Jamaica embassy website. I just don’t know if the certificate should show record of divorce?
