    I have heard from a few people that Mumbai Consulate has started processing IR1/CR1 visas, and people were able to go to Interview, and receive visa, and fly to US with the Air Bubble.

     

    I-130 Approval for my wife took about 7 months. (TSC).

    Currently Our Case is going to NVC, Current Case creation time is approximately 5 days. Even though NVC is working with reduced staffing, due to COVID, but there are a lot of Visa Cases, which are not being processed due to President Trump EO, which is extended till 31st December, but Spouse of USC is exempt from this, and our cases are being processed.

    Current time for NVC to review all documents after submission is around 2 months, and since PCC's The validity of the PCC is one year from the date of issue. Bring the new PCC if the one you have submitted has already expired, please note that the PCC needs to be within the 1 year timeframe for interview as well, this is on US visa website, http://cdn.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-iv-visaapply.asp.

     

    So as long as you have all the documents submitted, review time will most likely be the same, and then once you are documentarily approved, they will send the case to consulate to schedule the Interview, and will give instruction for Medical Exam.

     

    Another thing that I have noticed with certain Timelines that even though we are in COVID, and Immigration is not working with full capacity, there are certain cases which are still being processed without much delay due to the fact the There is an Executive Order, barring a lot of visa applicants, You can see this on NVC website NVC cannot provide any additional details on the 22-APR-20 Presidential Proclamation suspending entry of some immigrants.
