Can we go to our medical exam appointment without my husband vaccinations records. His unable to get his vaccinations records because he was born in a different country and when he move to Italy in his early teen he didn’t need any vaccinations. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone!

 My husband and I are in the process of filling the visa application.  He made sure he got everything needed  for his visa and the interview. However his police certificate is still showing his open case from 2010. He was caught selling fake design bags  in the street back when he was younger and was charged for it.  now almost 11 years later his case is till open no judgment was done. He talked to his lawyer and he advised us to hold the application  for couple of months to see if he can get a court hearing because he might get denied and they might think his trying to leave the country. I’m so confused and any help will be appreciated.
