Thank you. unfortunately I forgot to add a copy of the RFE when submitting online. I will mail the documents along with the RFE copy tomorrow.

Hello! I submitted my RFE online on Saturday. However, I would like to know which submission is the best? the Online submission or the Mail submission?I was thinking mailing the documents to the Office as well. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

No. I applied for naturalization 5 years minus 3 months after my longest trip that lasted about 9 months. The IO told me even before we begin that he won't be able to make a decision, because my files are not there. Later that evening I was sent an RFE related to that trip ( which i do not understand since ones is allowed to apply 4 years and 9 months after breaking the continuous residency).

Hello everyone. I had my interview last week but a decision couldn't be made because the IO did not have my files. Does anyone know why is that? has anyone experienced the same thing? if yes what was the outcome?
