Has any May filers received the NAO2 yet? (Notice of action 2). 

When can foreign spouse travel outside of the USA after marriage with a K1 visa? Can she leave and return with her tourist visa or will she need to wait? 
 

(tried looking for previous discussions but couldn’t find any) 

I also have a question about the letter of intent:

It says that documents submitted need to have original signatures. My fiance is in Brazil so there's no way I can get her original signature for the letter of intent. Is there another way around this? Can I just use her electronic signature?

I have the same situation and am worried that my girlfriend will be denied entry to the U.S. using her tourist visa while her K1 visa is in processing...

How did the trip go? I am curious as I am in the same situation because my girlfriend has a tourist visa and will be traveling back and forth quite often. We want to make sure she can still use her tourist visa while the K1 visa is processing.
