Hi,

  I am trying to submit the civil documents for my brother and his family.  But the Submit Document Button does not work, so I am unable to submit the civil documents.

Did anyone run into same problem? 

What should I do? Mail hard copies of civil documents to NVC? But they already said don't mail to them, submit online.

     Can anyone help?

Hi Everyone,

I have an age out nephew. His name is still listed as Accompany on the CEAC. His IV fee has been paid. Due to age out, we know he will not get his immigration visa even he has paid the IV fee (what a waste).

My question is should remove him from the list? If leave his name there, it would create any impact for his parents' visa? We have not completed his DS-260, could this be considered as missing document and deny his parents' visa?

 I have tried to remove him from the "Remove Applicant", but it did not work.

Any suggestion?
