I'm currently working in the US on my OPT (came to the US on F-1 visa 4 years ago) and got married to the US citizen last month. We're currently in the middle of filing all the documents (without a lawyer) and I'm surprised none of the documents require my tax returns or a proof of employment? Am I missing anything?
Also, I wonder if I should state myself in I-864 part 6 under "Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size..." and use my W-2 and proof of employment as an evidence?

Hello Everyone,
I'm currently working in the US on my OPT (came to the US on F-1 visa 4 years ago) and got married to the US citizen last month. We're currently in the middle of filing all the documents (without a lawyer) and I'm surprised none of the documents require my tax returns or a proof of employment? Am I missing anything?

Thank you for all your help!
