Well, about SSN, We came to SSA 5 days before my I-94 expired, and of course it was to late... That's why i do not have SSN, but i have TIN, so we could apply for tax return all those 3 years. It is not like we do not have anything to show them that our marriage is legit. We have health insurance, i am 100% beneficiary in my husbands 401-K, bunch of photos with my husbands family, also i am beneficiary in my husbands ADLI (accidental death life insurance-from work) All of this i did sent them with paperwork for I-485 application.

I received my EAD and this friday we will got to SSA, but hope it will not take to much time, because we have to send them RFE till february 9.

Weird, indeed! What do they mean you didn't celebrate your wedding? We did not have a big party, it was just three of our friends in front of the justice of peace, and after that we went out for lunch. Should I write a statement explaining why we did not celebrate our wedding?

I have no idea. We went to justice of peace, just two of us. Didn't make any pictures.

They ask us to send them a notarized affidavit from my husband describing his wishes to pursue this application and detail the current status of relationship.

I-864 - which i did sent them!!!

List and describe three most attractive characteristics/trails possessed by me and my husband.

Color photo where we are holding most recent newspaper.

Statement why we didn't celebrate our wedding.

Submit the birth certificates of our children (WE DO NO HAVE THEM AT ALL)

Copies of driver licenses ( I do not drive)

Copies of tax returns (WHICH DID SENT THEM FOR 3 YEARS)

My tax returns (WE SENT THEM JOINT TAX RETURNS, BECAUSE I AM UNEPLOIED)

SUBMIT PAYROLL STATEMENTS for last three months (WE DID before with 485 application)

They asking joint checking account (We don't have one, because i don't have SSN yet)

They also asking credit card statements. (we payed them out long time ago, and didn't open new once. And of course i don't have them too)

Health insurance and life insurance ( i did sent them)

WHATS GOING ON WITH USCIS??????

P.S. What if some of requested evidences i don't have. Do i face denial of application????

Hate this! I am sure, I have sent them everything what was necessary, and today I got e-mail that they sent me by mail RFE!!!

EAD approved yesterday!!! Yes!!!! Well it was kinda long road 1 month and 2 weeks for EAD, but i didn't expect to be fast, because of my overstay of 3 years Many people had tough times - paycheck cuts, hour cuts, rent, credits, bills... But i believe in good things and positive things. So! Heads up to everybody and everything will be just fine

I am in Fort Worth, TX. Sent my case Sept.30. They got it October 7. Got letter from them about BIO on Oct.14. BIO done one Nov.1. My case has been transferred to CSC too.

So, went thru till BIO appt. fast enough, but no EAD. You really can't do anything to make this process faster unfortunately.

I have the same story. 2.5 years after got married in 90 days (K-1). Didn't send I-130, but copy of NOA2, been transferred to California. So far no problem. No RFE. As evidence i attached health insurance, life insurance, letters from my mom and sister, pictures, 401K, and rent lease with address to prove residence, because my name is not in lease.(thats why i attached copys of letters). So far BIO is done. Now waiting EAD.

The same thing here, i only have my NOAs. BIO was november 1. but no EAD so far. My case is in CSC.. And i am overstay 2.5 years. K-1 visa. Married to petitioner. Wory as hell...

I wander if it will be issue because of my 3 year overstay (K-1)???

Oh, BTW after Bio I have been touched twice 11.23 and 11.24. After that nothing.

USCIS got our case oktober 1st. Time line see below. So far so good!!! Hope for the best. K1 visa, married to petitioner tomorrow anniversary 3 years.

Sorry girl. It is not possible compleatly if you are in relationship or marriage. If you love some one, if you truly love, then you are depend on each other.
