Took them 2 to 3 weeks to respond but they granted the second interview

well update is that oct 2 2019 the web site sais refused. it is a difficult moment now but waiting for lawyer to respond and inform us on what our next step will be. pray for us guys and if anyone has any ideas or has gone through something similar please share. thank you all God bless

i will update as soon as i know something, i was told in manila it can take upto 60 days usually it is resolved within that time. and its almost always an approval. But ill update as i know more. your not alone many of us are waiting for updates

Hello My name is Ramiro,
On August 29, 2019 my fiance she had her interview in the embassy everything was good. but i do have a criminal record. my lawyer told me it would not be an issue. because its not DV, or any type of spousal abuse charges. so they put our case in AP just sais waiting further review. so what do i need to know if anyone can help i would appreciate it. lawyer tells me we will be fine just need to be patient. well any support you can give will be appreciated. thank you Godbless

hello, had the same issue went for interview on the 29th of august and was put in AP but they didnt keep her passport. and no one told us if we were approved. just told us they would send us an email or call us. ive spoken to our lawyer and they said its normal and we just need to wait a little. k1 visa out of manila. worried some. any advice would be appreciated

i understand you. we are in the same boat. i dont have a clue as to even why we were denied. hoping iys just a clerical error on the embassy part. this is very disheartening. hopefully someone who has gone through this can share a good way to turn this around
