Hab da mal ne frage. Ich bin gerade mein Packet am zusammestellen fuer mein AOS. In dem Step-by-Step Guide sagen die man soll ne I-693a hinzufuegen> ich hab aber keine kopie oder sonst was. Ich hab nur mein Deutscher Impfpass. Habt ihr dieses vaccination supplement bei getan oder nicht?

I had my interview yesterday and everything went fine. i was in and out in 1 hour. I heard it takes up to 4 hours, i guess i was lucky. If all goes well i should have it by Saturday. that means i will fly that monday. i am so excited. i havent seen my fiance in 11 month.

oh yeah today is my birthday and since i wished that i would be home to spend Xmas with my baby, i am the happiest person alive.

seasuirl, AFAIK you always have to take the I-134 to the embassy when you have your interview. The evidence of support depends a little from embassy to embassy, but there are details in the first 2 instruction pages of the I-134 (it's 4 pages - 2 of instructions, 2 of the actual form) and there is more information here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=support.

When the embassy sends out packet 3 there should be a page of instructions, DS-2000 which lists the specific information required as evidence of support for that particular embassy.

You take the I-134 with you to the interview.

The evidence of support is the stuff you send in with the I-134 (letter of employment, paystubs, etc).

i got the 3 packet today. YAY but i am still waiting on the I134 from my fiance. i am confused and dont know it i have to send that form to the consulate in frankfurt or do i bring it to the interview????

just when u think the wait is over, u realize that its far from over. its been almost 4 weeks since we got our NOA2 and NVC still hasn't receive our package .

how do u check if NVC received our case? we got our noa2 last week, i hope it wont be on other endless wait. i am really tired of this whole waiting game.

You can call NVC at 603-334-0700. In fact, your approval notice will tell you to call if more than 4 weeks pass between your NOA 2 and NVC receiving it. The sad part is people (like me) and others have waited almost 5 weeks or longer in some cases, and NVC still doesn't have it. Calling them didn't yield a whole lot of information; however, that is how you can find out if it's there yet or not. Otherwise you can just wait for a letter to arrive in your snail mail from NVC, at which point the papers will have been forwarded to the embassy. Hopefully you will not have such a long wait! Who was it that said, "These are the times which try men's souls"???!!!!

congratulations to the approval. we got another touch today. hmmm r we next??

they received my 129f on the 21st of march. every time i get close to get my approval according to the chart, they add even more days. its so frustrating but the only thing u can do is wait.

i hope we all will get our NOA2 soon

Hey........I got a touch !!!!!!

Thank you ASH....Seasuirl....I love you guys...the FRE trick worked!!!! I was able to talk to someone at the CSC. He was NICE, different from all the idiotic brain dead nincompoops who don't know anything but pretend to be up on things and sound like a broken record. This guy was refreshing and honest. At least I found out that my case has not been assigned yet but will be soon....He said they get over 30,000 applications a month at CSC...maybe hard to believe but possible!

I called friday evening....there was no touch on saturday. But today, sunday, I found a touch dated August 31 !!! I know it was the phone call but that makes me feel GREAT !!!!!

I just checked the processing times at vermont, before it said february 13 not it says 6 months WhaT? I don't get it.

Now says the same thing for CSC too.....who knows what's going on there! But, we know May filers are getting NOA 2's now so I don't think we have to get too discouraged about the 6 month thing......

same here. i last saw my fiance 09 of jan. it will be 8 month soon. its driving me nuts and we really cant affort to fly over for a few week.

i hope that this torture will end soon and we can be with our loves soon.

SO they received our Petition on May 21st and cashed the check May24th. Online they r telling us that they send us the NAO1 but we havent received anything yet. i know some ppl dont get an NOA1 but i am worried that if the first one didnt show, will the second one????
