Its to sad to even write all this but i really need information how to reopen my case. I was informed at the time of interview that my case is expired cuz of no follow ups.
but the visa officer was really kind and also said that my case can be reopened if i write them a letter with information. They claim that they emailed to my petitioner( my Fiance) we checked spam n inbox but it never received we made many inquires before that but they never responded. we cannot miss something so important.
I have emailed to them via traveldocs and explained the situation, let see if we get any reply. We are so worried. We have been waiting so long and we were so close to be together and this happened .
