Hi everyone, I have been selected for 2020 dv lottery and I have a question regarding my ds 260 form.
exact question is : "Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?"
option: yes/no
so what to write and why?
as I have graduation certificate from my home country, I can not perform medical service in USA . If I choose yes, I'm not eligible to perform medical servise in Usa yet. so they will ask for explaination. if no, it's contradictory to other info given in the form.
Please help me out. those who are doctors/health care providers.
