  1. Hi all,
    Hope everyone is doing great. I am creating this topic to check if the wait that we are experiencing is normal. My husband arrived USA on late November. We paid the green card fee ($220) before he arrive here in U.S. Until today he did not receive his green card. I am fully aware of the Covid related delays. But I was wondering if anyone else here is experiencing a wait that is more than 2 months? Also is there any way that we can track the process of the Green Card?
    Thank you and have a great day!

  2. Hi everyone, my case was transferred from Texas Service Center to Vermont SC. My PD is 09/18/2019 and we were expecting NOA2 next month by Texas timeline. Now my question is; does this shuffling normal? because they transferred so many cases on 02/23. When this transfer happens, which timeline we should follow, the original assigned service center or the transferred one? Thank you

  3. Hi everyone, I have a questions in my mind. I am(US citizen) petitioning for my husband. So far, I have only received my NOA1 and waiting for NOA2. while waiting I am searching what will I need for the next step. My questions are about the financial status. I live in usa for 6 years by myself alone and I was a full time student for 5 years. Meaning that I was not able to make enough money to meet requirement for affidavit support. I was wondering;

    1) How many years of tax return required. Some sources say only most recent year and some says last 3 years ?
    2) Are the grants (financial aid) that I receive from my university considered as a taxable income?
    3) Are there any exception for students who can prove that they were full time students past 3-5 years?
    4) Is it acceptable if I or my husband can prove individually that we have the minimum income requirement in our bank accounts?

    any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance and good luck everyone!!

  4. Hi everyone, I have a question on the I-130 form. The part where it says ''Provide the address in the United States where the beneficiary intends to live''. My husband (Beneficiary) never been in USA before. I am a student and I never own a house/Unit on my own name. I always lived in a rented private rooms. For that reason, I am little confused about what address to put in that part. Can someone please help me with that. Thank you so much!
