I know someone who filed an I-130 to bring his wife. He has a green card and recently passed his US citizenship test. However, I know this person steal. Where he used to live, there is warrant for his arrest for evading taxes and fees. He fled to the US to do this. Although he lived there for 5 years, USCIS does not see it because it is not where he or his wife is from. Can I report this to USCIS? How can I report this?
