My wife changed her last name when we got married, I am in little rush to submit all of my documents but I don't have her updated passport or DL yet she only has updated SSN with her new last name, Do I need to submit application with her new name or I can use old passport or DL ?

I recently got married in the USA and I am going to submit all of my documents this weekend. I am still under F1 visa status from school but I am planning to drop out of school where classes start next week. The last day to drop classes at full refund is August 30th.

I am wondering when is the latest opportunity I can drop courses so I do not have to pay the full semester expense. I don't want to harm my status until my documents get submitted.
