I have petitioned for and my wife has applied for a IR 1 visa. She is awaiting the interview appointment. I am a US citizen and I have a 10 year old felony fraud conviction. Nothing I have filed so far has asked about my criminal record. The only thing close is her ds260 asked about drug conviction by spouse. She is documentarily qualified by NVC and waiting for the interview. Will my crime come up at the interview and is it grounds for denial?
