I was also stuck in Ap after 11 months of interview now i got visa. first you join Ap group on whatsapp where all Pakistanis peoples are stuck in Ap. its help a lot 

2nd when embassy want to process your case then they will send you email and ask about your husband 2nd medical and resubmit his Ds-260. 

And in Ap group every one whose status showed Ap turn into refused so you guys must joint that group.

I sent a request for inquiries to my local senator who was helping me with my case on October but he ignored my email and never replied me. My advise for you. you contact with congressman. and also you can hire a attorney for lawsuit. on whatsapp one group is Administrative processing there all people are in group who are in Ap you can join that group and share your problem many people are in group who was in Ap and now got the visa so you must joint that group.

Yes she can go with you. just keep her blue passport and when you buy the ticket for bus you can show her  passport and say we want to go together.

FYI they did their medicals from Wilcare lahore. These people are telling that its our responsibility to send these reports to 

 when embassy schedule your parents interview ? and its first medical of your parents ? if this is their first medical they will take along at the interview time  don't open the seal , and if this medical is repeat medical then you must sent trough registered courier service  AEG travel service. which is located egerton road lahore near to wapda house. and its free of cost. if you need more information i sent my whatsapp number in your inbox and i add you one whatsapp group where you can ask any question related to visa and get reply with in a mints.

same situation the person faced on WhatsAp group name is addi khan they have 5 family member embassy call them for oath and fingerprint after two days 3 member status turn into AP to issued and 2 is still AP.

If your sister have different case number then you can create new account and then adding her family but if you and your sister case number is same then you must be adding in previous account.  

I sent repeat medical 8th of October still waiting, there is no special category.

they contact you after 20 to 25 days when kit arrived .embassy first call you on your local mobile number and they will told you about your scheduled appointment date and time. and also who person call you ask for your email id where send the email for appointment. unusually time for DNA they shedual is 11am and DNA start after 1pm.

No ap is not over yet. last update was 9th of sep. when Ap is over status will be change Ap to issue. and thn they mailed your passport that place which one you fill in the online form on ustravaledoc.

Interview Feb 7, 2018

Given 221g ticked with administrative process and DS5535 to my elder son who was doing software engineering at that time.. Didn't know exactly the red flags.. 

We three members got visas after 9 months. 

After this no update on my son, a case only when inquired.

First update 10th July 2019second 15th and then got redo medical email at 17th 

Medical submitted on July 23,

Case updated on ceas on August 31

Second update September  12

Third update on September 18 with email for oath and fingerprints

On September 19, done with second interview, VO said your case is completed and you will get visa in a week or two. 

Status showed ISSUED on September 20, 2019..

Passport collected on September 25.

Will be traveling this Saturday Alhamdulillah.. 

So guys keep praying and don't lose hope.. Wish you all get your visas soon.. Aameen

And btw I only paid the lawyer the WOM fees he didnt do anything on my case yet nor did he make any communication with the embassy. The embassy just decided to move my husband's case on its own. I was in shock and couldn't believe it. Exactly 2 weeks of submitting medical, my husband's visa was "issued". 

 

So everyone, keep sending congress or senator inquiries. It helps. And for those who have been waiting for a really long time, just do a WOM. There is ntg to be afraid of if you have a valid case. Keeping you all in my prayers. Those 6 months felt like forever. I completely understand your pain.

my case status change ready to Ap 17 sep and last update. then 27 sep last update. then 30 sep last update and 30 sep they send the email your medical is expire repeat your medical and send us with 2 pictures.i sent it 8th of october 

after 9 years they give me a time for interview 15 April 2019. and after my interview CO said your interview is good but we need 221g i sent it .then they demand DNA i sent it. now repeat medical. and now 6 months after my interview i am still waiting. and still stuck at AP. Don't know why.  

Yes it is. same here before 8 years ago my mother petition was approved and my dad was approved after some time and same after interview my mother got visa after one week of interview and my father status was AP he got the visa after 6 month.    

First you verify your LAB they send DNA kit for your Spouse and children at isb embassy . Because its vary lab to lab some lab doing all these work fast and some slow. after receiving DNA kit in isb embassy approximately after one and half moth they schedule your spouse and children DNA. and after one week they sent back DNA there you done your. after receiving DNA kit in US LAB they must take one week and after one week they send the result direct isb embassy. its takes almost 3 months .             

our  3 way DNA so first my mother give swab to lab in LA. lab send the kit in isb embassy. then they schedule appointment and send email. they just take our swab. and two way DNA means its between two person. our 3 way DNA means its between 3 persons. 

and my mother said they give the result easily. on result they mention it is a copy. may be its depend lab to lab.

when you did DNA first time lab give you document in which write about your result ? and if the result was same why they demand an other DNA and now they demand  3rd time DNA. 

they demand to me 3 way DNA  my mother my sister and me. my mother is us citizen  we did it and LAB gives the copy to my mother. 30 july was last update and status is still ready.
