Hi I just successfully uploaded all civil documents! My experience is: just keep trying and trying and trying. I think it’s totally random! It has nothing to do with your browser. It might depends on how many people are uploading at the same time. Just my guess. Anyway, keep trying and you’ll success!

Have the Exact same issue! And tried rapidly for many time! Waited hours then tried again still the same! Gonna try again tomorrow.

Same question here. Saw a couple people here saying that they’d been waiting over 6 months now and still not received the case number from the NVC...

Same here. My NOA2 was received on 11/9. And on 12/27 I got an email from asknvc@state.gov saying that

“your case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition. USCIS reviewed and approved your petition faster than average cases of this type as we develop the fully electronic transfer of data from USCIS to the Department of State.  We thank you for your patience while we continue to refine our process with these electronic petitions. We wanted to alert you that it will likely take longer than the 30-day timeframe mentioned on USCIS’s approval notice to you. Despite this delay, please rest assured that we expect the overall time between filing your petition and completing processing with NVC will be consistent with the average processing time for this petition type. When we complete the data entry for your case you will be notified by email or letter.“

I guess the only thing to do is to wait...
