I live in wisconsin and filed for change of conditional resident status four years now.,after my 2 year green card expired. Its 4 years now and i have not got my 10 years green card. Each time i write USCIS all they say is " we are still conducting background check" what shall i do? Can i apply for my citizenship? Through my attorney I filed for this Nov 6, 2015. Two years green card expired. Each time I wanna travel,I go for an one stamp extension in my passport. Its frustrating to wait 4 years. what should I pals?
